How to
find us

Getting here by car

Botley Hill Farmhouse is close to Warlingham and Tatsfield on the B269 at the top of Titsey Hill. Please note that sat nav systems do not always accurately direct you to Botley Hill Farmhouse if you use the postcode. Alternatively, you can use these co-ordinates to find us if required: 51.281916, -0.001370

Getting here by public transport

The nearest National Rail stations are Woldingham and Oxted. From Woldingham you can walk (approximately 1 hr 30 mins, steep hills) or cycle (30-35 mins, steep hills). From Oxted, the 595 bus runs approximately every two hours to the top of Titsey Hill - please check timetables on the Surrey County Council website.

Accessibility

Botley Hill Farmhouse is an historic and listed building, which means in places there are low ceilings, uneven floors and split levels. Our hillside location also means that some of the grounds are uneven. We ask that customers please show due care and consideration while moving around the site. People needing wheelchair access or visiting with others who are less able should use the doors on the right-hand side of the Farmhouse. Please ask our staff for assistance if required. However, due to the nature of the building there are no dedicated disabled facilities in the inn.

NOTE: We are delighted that indoor dining has returned to Botley Hill Farmhouse. Due to the nature of Botley Hill Farmhouse and ongoing restrictions, we won’t be able to offer a choice between indoor and outdoor dining for the time being – it will be one or the other for all guests on a given day and chosen by our team according to the weather. Thank you.
